Upon arrival, one is welcomed into a reception and client waiting area of neutral tones and clean lines. Reflective surfaces play off against matt finishes, while warmth is brought into the space through the use of bespoke oak veneer carpentry and textured upholstery.

This project called for a full refurbishment of an existing office space in the business district of Rosebank, Johannesburg. A tired and dated interior was reduced back to its brick and mortar beginnings, to make way for new furniture, finishes, ceilings and energy saving utilities to mention but a few.

While aesthetics where carefully considered in creating this sophisticated corporate environment, functionality was of absolute importance; from the open plan workstations to closed offices, shared facilities and public areas. All of which were consciously planned to encourage flow and collaboration, enhancing day to day business productivity while optimising usable space.
